Shipping
To get your shipping cost, just add the items you intend to purchase to the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout your order. Then enter in your zip code/address where prompted and you will see your shipping cost prior to making payment. Payment options are either Credit Card or Paypal.
Although we have many vacuum tables and accessories in stock and can ship right away, we may not have every table in stock all the time but we do replenish stock on a weekly basis. With this said if we do not have the items you requested in stock we should be able to ship your item within approx. 7 to 10 business days unless it is a custom order and then we will give you an approximate shipping date at time of order. All clear Vacuum Pods and T-tracks are always in stock and ready to ship. If you like, you can email or call to check if the items you want are in stock. Any items in stock will ship within 2-3 business days from time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by any of the shipping organizations.
Returns:
Any issues must be reported within five days of receipt. An RMA number must be issued for a return. No returns after 30 days of receiving merchandise. No returns on custom made orders of any kind, no exceptions. No returns when any modifications made to the merchandise by the end user including: surfacing vacuum table’s top plate, tooling marks to the vacuum table of any kind, the use of any sealants added to our product. Adding sealants to our products will void any warranty. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to merchandise when items are improperly packed or not in original packaging on returns. There will be a charge on hose and rubber mats if they have been cut or cut into. Returns within the 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional charges apply for any missing or damaged items within a return. No returns of any liquid separators as coolant residue buildup is too difficult to remove. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. All returned items must be inspected by the Woodbine Company prior to any refunds.
Vacuum pumps are only returnable if the box is unopened with original unopened seal and returned immediately. Once pumps are removed from the carton and wired to electric power by the end user, they are considered “USED” by our pump suppliers therefore they are not returnable but fully covered under warranty. Venturi are also not returnable. Venturi have no moving parts and are tested before shipping. The only reason a venturi stops working properly is due to a lack of filter or coolant being sucked into it creating particles in the Venturi tube.
