Description
This product has stainless steel threaded inserts installed in the base and can be accessed from the surface of the vacuum table so the user can attach a vise or anything they wish to assist in the application needed. These inserts are 120 millimeter to 140 millimeters apart. This varies from table to table. The table is made from solid, cast, aluminum ensuring warping is not a problem and is accurate for flatness. The user can remove a tiny amount off the surface of the table once installed in order to match with the operator’s machine. A manifold, fittings and hose is included with the sale of this product. The vacuum pump is sold separate. For machining larger areas that are not able to fit in a vise, vacuum clamping is a great way to go. It is easy to setup and beats messing with two sided tape. Your production will go up many times over from dealing with the mess and aggravation of using two sided tape.
