Description
This vacuum lock down table has three separate vacuum ports off the front of the table. Each of these three ports have a separate vacuum zone inside the vacuum table. What this means is you can turn on or off these three zones independently with the included manifold. This manifold has three hand valves for these three ports along with press fittings for included ½” tubing. Also provided on the manifold is a vacuum gauge where you can keep an eye on your negative pressure while machining to ensure the negative pressure does not get too low. That would mean you have more leakage than the CFM your vacuum pump is providing to keep up with the loss. This is where turning off section of the vacuum table or covering open holes with the provided rubber mat in order to keep you hold strong enough to continue to machine.
