Description
This 8060 (80cm x 60cm) Vacuum Clamping table is a Hole Grid vacuum table able to vacuum hold most any non-porous and flat materials. It is commonly used in machine shops for the production of parts and manufacturing.
This table is made with highly precision aluminum for a production tool capable of holding material that would otherwise not be able to be held with a common vise.
The vacuum table has a pattern of holes that are on a 10mm grid with 5mm diameter vacuum holes. The top of the vacuum table can be surfaced once it is mounted to the machine’s work table.
For the vacuum tables that have more than one port or vacuum hose coming off the front, there are the same number of vacuum cells inside the vacuum table. This allows the user to control portions of the vacuum table’s vacuum areas.
Included in the sale are two vacuum mats. One is a porous 1mm thick mat that will compress to 1/2mm when under vacuum. This mat help with a vacuum seal and gives the user a small distance between the material held and the vacuum table surface so the top of the vacuum table is not damaged. Also a rubber mat is included to cover unused vacuum holes.
