Description
The “SGP” vacuum tables are made of solid aluminum and straightened on both sides. These characteristics ensure both the maximally possible firmness and distortion-freeness when heating up (no bimetal effect).
This vacuum clamping technology guarantees a clamping force which is around 4 – 5 times higher than using an ordinary vacuum cleaner or a side channel compressor. There is no need for a very powerful vacuum pump because the whole system is sealed up during the production process. With our clamping technology you will be able to mill components which are as small as a 1-Cent coin and you can work with exactly outlined ornaments of plywood or just only mill your name on a door plate. Have vacuum where you want it. There are 24 separate evenly separated locations across the vacuum table surface where you can remove a set screw and have vacuum at that location. This is a great system for part nesting!
This vacuum table does not include the vacuum generator (Venturi). See our other product listing where it does include a vacuum generator for this style and size vacuum table. This does include a vacuum gauge. This system will work with either a Venturi or a vacuum pump.
