Description
This vacuum chuck represents a shop tool that is constructed with high grade, cast, aluminum, tooling plate. This is to ensure the table remains flat without warp. Applications of this style of table is not restricted to machining and has been used in many other types of applications including being involved with robotics and assembly line manufacturing. This tool is capable of hold a large sheet of material while allowing the user to machine a single parts of hundreds of parts with the practice of using the skin method which is leaving a tiny amount of material at the bottom of the machining path profile of the parts. This tool can have it’s vacuum areas separated into designated portions of the table with the use of the provided manifold hand valves. If you are running flood coolant you will need a liquid separator and a vacuum pump. If you buy all these items together, we do our absolute best to ensure your initial setup of the system is turn-key without having to go out and buy fittings or hose.
